This is our normal monthly meetup at the Santa Susana Park and Depot: East Room. located at 6503 Katherine Road.
We will meet from 5:00pm until 9:30pm. We must be out by 10pm sharp with the room cleaned up and tables/chairs put away. It shouldn't be a hard setup.
What should you bring?:
If you want to play a game, you better bring it! Don't own it? Ask in the comment section on the specific meetup you are attending for someone to bring it. We can't guarantee it will be there, but if it is a popular game it most likely will be there.
2) Common Sense and Good Behavior
We are open to the public, we have a zero tolerance policy for poor behavior, and anyone disrupting the event will be asked to leave. No drugs or alcohol are allowed. Smoking is prohibited as the depot is a historical landmark made out of redwood (this includes vaping). Please be ready to embrace a "you break it, you buy it" type mentality. If you damage someone's game you WILL be expected to replaced damaged parts/games. If someone has brought snacks and has generously donated them to the group. Please don't take excessive quantities and allow others the chance to get some too. Please also be mindful about your personal hygiene.
3) Donations (Optional)
Donations are completely optional! Each donation you make goes to Games for the Community which is our 501(c)(3) organization meaning that your donation(s) are tax deductible. 100% of our fundraising efforts go to funding our events and costs. We take $0 salary for this and our proud to invest our time to offering the community a service such as this.

4) Food/Drinks - No restrictions other than NO Alcohol and you must clean up after your own mess.
